Healing
I am a 30 year old guy from finland. My whole life has been shaped by childhood trauma, addiction, running from my past, unconscious behaviour and the list goes on. I was not brought up in a healthy environment, with parents who didn't have the capacity to guide me. I ended up diverging from my path, getting lost with my own toxic behaviour. I am here to teach others who find themselves lost in life and circumstances to find themselves again. It is never too late to heal, take responsibility of our life and actions, change and evolve. I also work with the unseen realm. God is my foundation, inspiration and power source. As is love that encompasses creation as a whole. I have experienced, disease, a closed heart, an open heart. I used to be a people pleaser.
Mission
I am here to share what I have learnt so far to help people who might find themselves in the midst of depression, anger, pain, disease, toxic relationships, victimisation, poor habits, feeling stuck in life, shaped by their surroundings. With me you will be able to integrate your shadow. I provide insight into unconscious behaviour, hold space for you to be able to address the root cause. I help you take action by guiding you to finding solutions to ongoing problems, helping you see how they might be linked to your past. I provide easy tools to help heal yourself, balance your nervous system, I highlight behaviours that might be harmful to you and provide clear structure how to better your life, habits, behaviours.
Vision
I want to help people heal and become conscious of their behaviours. With me you will experience unprocessed emotions, heal from past trauma, open yourself up to your own unlimited potential. We are all healing, I just happened to be gifted with finding more effective ways to do so. I work with mind, body and soul as they are all equally important in our healing journey. Bringing us back to our true self.
